At Delta, the senior management team is at the centre of day-to-day operations both in communicating with customers and ensuring internal systems operate to maximum efficiency. It’s a hands-on approach that's helped Delta grow by gaining, and retaining, major clients.

Mike Phillips, Joint Managing Director

Mike’s entire working life has been spent in the printing industry. Prior to founding Delta Display with fellow joint MD Jason Auluk, he has worked in virtually every area of the business, from operating under-surface precision screen printing to estimating and sales.

An enthusiastic entrepreneur, Mike has been instrumental in the launch and success of Delta, MPD and more recently Lick Creative. His vision for a single solution business, from creative to print and fulfilment seems to resonate out in the market place, contributing to the company’s growing client list.

Jason Auluk, Joint Managing Director

Jason brings a very different but complementary set of skills to the company. After running his own successful business, he met joint MD Mike Phillips when working in print production and estimating. Like Mike, he shared a passion and a belief in a better way to do business and Delta was born.

Throughout the company’s 17-year history, Jason has been pivotal in every decision, dedicating vast amounts of effort and time into Delta’s growth. Today, Jason is at the forefront of client relationships, approving estimates and planning the latest development of the business.

Ray Houldsworth, Group Finance Director

A qualified chartered accountant, Ray has worked in industry for 18 years during which time he has been the finance director of several medium-sized businesses. Since joining Delta in 2007, he has been not only developing and improving the internal financial systems, policies and procedures but has also introduced a number of initiatives to monitor, measure and improve departmental and corporate performance.

Richard Harris, Group Operations Director

Richard has worked in the printing sector for 16 years, starting with production management roles in a variety of print companies and culminating in his previous role running a team of buyers for Safeway Stores. He joined Delta in 2004 and is responsible for business operations. Richard’s experience and vision has helped drive the cohesive Group’s selling proposition and ongoing development of our customer-centric approach.

Simon Summers, Managing Director MPD

Simon joined MPD in 2000, to help develop the company’s processes, brand awareness and client base. Before joining the Group, Simon had previously worked in senior management roles within the electronics industry, owning and operating an electronic component programming company and a specialist recruitment agency.

Martin Shipp, Group Production Director

Joining Delta in 1999, Martin brought with him 18 years’ experience working in the printing industry. He approaches the business through a very experienced production eye, ensuring timely and efficient production processes. He is currently responsible for the Group’s overall manufacturing capability, concentrating on the areas of production and processing techniques.

Mo Salahi, Group Senior Account Director

Mo has been with the Group since 1992 when he joined as Co-Production Manager after working for London Lithographic, a large format printing specialist. Becoming a board director in 2007, Mo now focuses on account management and improving the service delivered to customers.

Mick Eldridge, Group Technical Director

Previously a supplier of digital print and repro to the Group, Mick joined us in 1996 tasked with the job of bringing these services in-house to create a complete digital print & repro service for our clients. Following their successful integration, he worked as Production Director in charge of manufacturing through the company. Mick is currently responsible for the Group’s Technical Development.
